من نحن

تطبيق كرك وأسئلة لعبة أسئلة جماعية تُلعب بين فريقين. يُشغّل التطبيق غانم لتكنولوجيا الذكاء الاصطناعي (Ghanem Artificial Intelligence Technology)، 3 شارع مكرم عبيد، الدور السادس، مدينة نصر، القاهرة، مصر — [email protected].

توضّح هذه السياسة ما نجمعه فعلياً، ولماذا، ومع من نتشاركه، وكيف تحذفه.

ما نجمعه

بيانات الحساب: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الجوال، اسم المستخدم، رمز الصداقة، الصورة الرمزية، ولغة الواجهة.
بيانات تسجيل الدخول الخارجي: إذا اخترت الدخول عبر فيسبوك أو جوجل أو آبل، نستقبل من المزوّد معرّفاً فريداً واسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني إن سمحت بذلك. لا نطّلع على كلمة مرورك لدى المزوّد، ولا نقرأ منشوراتك أو قائمة أصدقائك هناك.
بيانات اللعب: المباريات التي لعبتها، الإجابات، النقاط، التصنيف، والإنجازات.
الشبكة الاجتماعية داخل التطبيق: أصدقاؤك داخل اللعبة، طلبات الصداقة، والحظر والبلاغات التي ترسلها.
الأجهزة والإشعارات: رمز الجهاز الخاص بالإشعارات، ونوع الجهاز ونظام تشغيله.
المشتريات: إن اشتركت، نستقبل تأكيد الشراء من متجر آبل أو جوجل. لا نستلم ولا نخزّن بيانات بطاقتك.
بيانات فنية: تقارير الأعطال وإحصاءات استخدام مجمّعة تساعدنا على إصلاح المشكلات.

لا نجمع موقعك الجغرافي، ولا جهات اتصالك، ولا الصور من جهازك، ولا الميكروفون أو الكاميرا.

لماذا نستخدمها

لتشغيل اللعبة: إنشاء حسابك، مطابقتك مع فريق، وحفظ نتائجك وتصنيفك.
لتمكين الميزات الاجتماعية: الأصدقاء، الدعوات، ولوحة الصدارة.
لإرسال إشعارات متعلقة باللعب، مثل دعوة لمباراة. يمكنك إيقافها من إعدادات جهازك.
لحماية اللعبة: منع الإساءة ومعالجة البلاغات.
لتحسين التطبيق: معرفة الشاشات التي تُستخدم وإصلاح الأعطال.

مع من نتشاركها

لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نتاجر بها، ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات. نستعين بمزوّدين يعالجونها نيابةً عنّا فقط:

Google Firebase — الإشعارات، تقارير الأعطال، وإحصاءات الاستخدام.
Apple وGoogle — معالجة المشتريات داخل التطبيق.
Meta (Facebook) وGoogle وApple — تسجيل الدخول، إن اخترته.

قد نُفصح عن بيانات إذا فرض علينا القانون ذلك، أو لحماية حقوقنا أو سلامة اللاعبين.

ما يراه اللاعبون الآخرون

اسمك المعروض، اسم المستخدم، صورتك الرمزية، تصنيفك ونتائجك تظهر لخصومك وأصدقائك داخل اللعبة، وقد تظهر في لوحة الصدارة العامة. لا يظهر بريدك الإلكتروني ولا رقم جوالك لأي لاعب آخر.

مدة الاحتفاظ

نحتفظ ببيانات حسابك ما دام الحساب قائماً. عند الحذف تُزال بياناتك الشخصية، وتبقى فقط سجلات الفواتير للمدة التي يفرضها القانون، وبيانات مجمّعة لا يمكن ربطها بك.

حقوقك وكيف تحذف بياناتك

يمكنك الوصول إلى بياناتك وتصحيحها من داخل التطبيق، وحذف حسابك بالكامل في أي وقت من حسابي ← حذف الحساب. للتفاصيل الكاملة وطريقة الحذف بالمراسلة، انظر تعليمات حذف البيانات. وللاستفسارات راسلنا على [email protected].

الأطفال

التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون سن 13 عاماً، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد. إذا علمنا بذلك حذفنا الحساب. راسلنا إذا كنت وليّ أمر وتعتقد أن طفلك أنشأ حساباً.

الأمان والتغييرات

ننقل البيانات عبر اتصال مشفّر ونخزّن كلمات المرور مُجزّأة (hashed)، ولا نستطيع قراءتها. لا توجد وسيلة حماية كاملة، لكننا نراجع إجراءاتنا باستمرار. عند تعديل هذه السياسة نُحدّث تاريخ آخر تحديث أسفل الصفحة، ونخطرك داخل التطبيق إذا كان التغيير جوهرياً.

Who we are

This policy states what we actually collect, why, who we share it with, and how you delete it.

What we collect

Account data: name, email, mobile number, username, friend code, avatar and interface language.
External sign-in data: if you sign in with Facebook, Google or Apple, we receive a unique identifier from that provider, plus your name and email address where you permit it. We never see your password with that provider, and we do not read your posts or your friend list there.
Gameplay data: matches played, answers, scores, ranking and achievements.
In-game social data: your in-game friends, friend requests, and any blocks or reports you submit.
Device and notification data: a push notification token, device type and operating system.
Purchases: if you subscribe, we receive a purchase confirmation from Apple or Google. We never receive or store your card details.
Technical data: crash reports and aggregated usage statistics that help us fix problems.

We do not collect your location, your contacts, photos from your device, or microphone or camera access.

Why we use it

To run the game: create your account, place you in a team, and keep your results and ranking.
To provide social features: friends, invitations and the leaderboard.
To send gameplay notifications, such as a match invitation. You can turn these off in your device settings.
To keep the game safe: prevent abuse and act on reports.
To improve the app: understand which screens are used and fix crashes.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data, trade it, or use it for advertising. We use processors that handle it only on our behalf:

Google Firebase — push notifications, crash reporting and usage analytics.
Apple and Google — in-app purchase processing.
Meta (Facebook), Google and Apple — sign-in, if you choose it.

We may disclose data where the law requires it, or to protect our rights or players' safety.

What other players can see

Your display name, username, avatar, ranking and scores are visible to your opponents and in-game friends, and may appear on the public leaderboard. Your email address and mobile number are never shown to other players.

How long we keep it

We keep account data for as long as the account exists. On deletion your personal data is removed; only billing records required by law and aggregated data that cannot be linked to you remain.

Your rights and how to delete your data

You can access and correct your data in the app, and delete your account at any time from My Account → Delete Account. For full details, including deletion by email, see Data Deletion Instructions. For any question, email [email protected].

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we learn that we have, we delete the account. Contact us if you are a parent and believe your child created one.

Security and changes

Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection and passwords are stored hashed, so we cannot read them. No system is perfectly secure, but we review our measures regularly. If we change this policy we update the date shown at the bottom of this page, and notify you in the app when the change is material.
