حذف الحساب والبيانات

من داخل التطبيق

1. افتح تطبيق كرك وأسئلة.
2. اذهب إلى حسابي.
3. اختر حذف الحساب.
4. أكّد العملية بكتابة الكلمة المطلوبة على الشاشة.

يتم تنفيذ الحذف مباشرة، ولا يمكن التراجع عنه.

بمراسلتنا

إذا لم تعد تستطيع الدخول إلى حسابك — أو سجّلت الدخول عبر فيسبوك ولم يعد لديك وصول إليه — راسلنا على [email protected] من البريد المسجّل لديك، أو أرسل لنا رقم الجوال أو اسم المستخدم الخاص بحسابك. نستجيب خلال 30 يوماً كحد أقصى.

ما الذي يُحذف

• اسمك، بريدك الإلكتروني، رقم جوالك، اسم المستخدم، ورمز الصداقة.
• صورتك الرمزية وإعداداتك.
• قائمة أصدقائك وطلبات الصداقة والحظر.
• سجل مبارياتك ونتائجك وتصنيفك.
• رموز الأجهزة المستخدمة لإرسال الإشعارات.
• ارتباط حسابك بأي مزوّد تسجيل دخول خارجي مثل فيسبوك أو جوجل أو آبل.

ما قد يبقى، ولماذا

• سجلات الفواتير والاشتراكات، إن وُجدت، للمدة التي يفرضها القانون المحاسبي والضريبي.
• بيانات مجمّعة ومجهولة الهوية لا يمكن ربطها بك، مثل عدد المباريات التي لُعبت.
• نسخ احتياطية تُحذف تلقائياً ضمن دورة النسخ الاحتياطي المعتادة.

In the app

1. Open Karak & Questions.
2. Go to My Account.
3. Choose Delete Account.
4. Confirm by typing the requested word on screen.

Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.

By email

If you can no longer sign in — including if you used Facebook Login and have lost access to that account — email [email protected] from your registered address, or send us the mobile number or username on the account. We respond within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your name, email, mobile number, username and friend code.
• Your avatar and preferences.
• Your friends, friend requests and blocks.
• Your match history, scores and ranking.
• Device tokens used to send you notifications.
• Any link between your account and an external login provider such as Facebook, Google or Apple.

What may remain, and why

• Billing and subscription records, where they exist, for as long as accounting and tax law requires.
• Aggregated, anonymised data that cannot be linked back to you, such as total matches played.
• Backups, which expire on their normal rotation.
